The room featured a large storage area, SUPER for closets and luggage. The ocean view was lovely. The sunsets were Very nice, and the balcony was charming. Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh food and loads of choice. I appreciated the secure parking available in the garage.
The walkways to reach our room were a little convoluted.

The location was very well situated. The views overlooking the ocean and mountains were amazing, it was amazing! Breakfast offered a good choice of options. It included an omelette station. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially one member named Supreme. He was exceedingly helpful.

the views from the balcony were really good. spotting whales from there was a nice experience! the gardens were beautifully kept, and i found the secure parking very convenient. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist.
The room i was in required some maintenance, specifically the sliding door needed repair. this affected the overall experience slightly. Though the rest was great.

the location was good, and breakfast met my basic expectations.
i found that my room lacked proper soundproofing from outside noise. street sounds were easily heard throughout the night. it made getting a good night's sleep difficult, and i really needed quiet.

the garden suite was beautiful. it had everything i needed, especially the huge comfy bed. i enjoyed the conservatory and garden with a sea view on one side and the twelve apostles on the other. the breakfasts were amazing!!! the menu dishes had a good choice, including proper pancakes and an extensive buffet.
the room smelled slightly musty upon arrival.

the swimming pool looked inviting, complete with comfortable loungers for relaxation. the grounds were beautifully maintained, it created a serene atmosphere. there was ample space to unwind and soak up the sun.
