the breakfast options offered variety. staff members were consistently friendly. they were always available to help when i needed something. i am thankful for their assistance.
the parking situation presented challenges. i found no bar fridge available. the shower design led to water spillage, this created an unhygienic environment. i consider this a negative aspect.

I found the hotel to be fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good bonus with amazing mannerism and friendly service. I especially liked the concierge and security personnel.
Parking proved a little tricky due to the busy surrounding roads.

My room was located next to the kitchen. I could hear every single spoon drop! there was NO lift access for older travellers like myself, which caused A LOT of inconvenience. the breakfast selection was short.
