The building had so much history. It was presented immaculately. Staff were helpful, polite, and friendly. They worked hard to. Breakfast service was wonderful and I sat outside in the shade.

The room felt smaller than it looked in pictures. The lack of a fan made it a bit uncomfortable. Parking cost 25 euros per day. The entrance to it was also narrow.

the staff was very friendly at this beautiful hotel. the location was good in this part of the area. (i liked the short walk to the town shops). breakfast was a daily treat with several choices. the food was of great quality.

i would have liked an option to include the spa in the package. i had to pay separately. the room was smaller than i expected. i thought i was shown to a smaller room at first. the inside of the hotel is cute and luxurious.

I had problems with the minibar, it wasn't working at all. the replacement never arrived, though i asked twice. also, the gym was too small. It only had two treadmills and one stationary bike, so it was often crowded.

The staff provided wonderful service. It was warm without being over the top. the breakfast offered was great. I looked forward to it. the pool was quite refreshing. twice.

They gave me a room next door to the kitchen and laundry. I heard cleaning until late and the washing machine running early. the room faced a wall right opposite the window. It was completely dark. the mattress was crawled and worn out. It was also too soft. twice.
