Fantastic Stay!
delicious dish ample parking clean pool
I found the breakfast selection great. Every dish tasted delicious. The hotel is next to the golf course. I saw ample parking lots at the multi storey building. The hotel pool is big and very clean. My son loved it!
The room felt a bit small. We had to find a spot for prayer.

The hotel has a big pool area with dedicated sections for adults and children and a smaller pool with water slides. A modern fitness center with treadmills and weight machines is available to all guests at any time.

The front desk staff completed a smooth check in. The hotel staff always greeted guests with a smile and provided prompt service for all requests. Breakfast service was efficient and included attentive clearing of tables.

an anniversary to remember..
warm staff chocolate cake
we came to celebrate our anniversary. the staff was so warm and cute!!! we also received a complimentary slice of delicious chocolate cake, a sweet gesture , made our day. the room offered plenty of movies, a feature we appreciated for both adult entertainment and kid-friendly options.
on a few occasions, i found the service timeline a bit slow. room dining service took almost two hours to deliver, and sometimes the phone wasn't picked up after several attempts.

The staff displayed excellent hospitality. Requests were handled efficiently and with a smile. welcome drinks were offered upon arrival, and the concierge provided detailed information about nearby attractions. This was greatly appreciated. the employees showed dedication.

Our beautiful pool view king featured a spacious layout and modern decor. the large windows offered a scenic view. Sunlight streamed in. the room included a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. These details made the room more cozy.

The location is ideal for a city staycation. a nearby train station provides easy access to other parts of the city. the hotel also offers shuttle service to popular shopping centers. This makes getting around very easy.

friendly staff complimentary parking convenient buggy
The breakfast offered many options. The food quality was AMAZING!!! The staff were friendly and helpful. The buggy service to the parking building was very convenient, and the complimentary parking was a valuable amenity.
The water pressure in the bathroom was not strong at all.

room unreadiness valet parking
the breakfast was extensive, with so many options i almost had to try everything. it was acceptable.
i really hate to say it, but my room wasnt ready when i arrived, annoying because i had to wait. also, the valet parking was a nightmare since there was no free parking available initially, and it was like i was being pushed into using the valet even when i didnt want to. i wish they had better communication about parking options.
