i found the hotel staff very helpful. they provided excellent service. the location was also great, near several good restaurants. the metro was a very short walk from the hotel.
the breakfast was mediocre. croissants were not fresh, disappointing. the coffee machine dispensed hot chocolate instead of coffee. i felt it wasn't cleaned regularly.

the staff was friendly. the location was near republique square and a metro station. (it was easy to get around).
the room was cramped. the beds took up all the usable space, so there was no room to walk or sit. the bathroom was not inviting, and the shower lacked a door, causing the entire bathroom to get wet. i had to lay towels down everywhere (i was annoyed).

the staff was super friendly and always ready to help with anything i needed. the location was perfect. It was really easy to get around and explore the city (i especially liked the nearby cafes). i also really appreciated the 24/7 reception, i felt secure knowing someone was always there.
the breakfast setup was a bit cramped, it got crowded during peak hours and made it a little difficult to navigate.

the hotel provides 24-hour reception services, a convenient feature for late arrivals or early departures and i was grateful they held my luggage after checkout. there is also a complimentary coffee service available in the lobby for a quick caffeine fix.

my beautiful double room balcony included a super comfy bed and a small balcony with a view (i even spotted the eiffel tower!). the room featured a modern en-suite bathroom and good climate control, essential for a comfortable stay.

this place is in a fantastic spot with easy access to public transport, the république metro station is just a short walk away. the neighborhood is lively with tons of restaurants and shops, i discovered some amazing places to eat nearby.
