excellent Hotel Stay
kind staffsuper clean roommissing fireplace
the staff at the hotel were really kind to my toddler. the porter, waiting staff, and receptionists enhanced our experience. our little girl loved watching the jaunting cars from our beautiful and super clean room.
the lobby now feels colder and less inviting. i noticed dust, crumbs, and cobwebs near the remaining fireplace in the bar.

lunch and dinner in the bar was beautiful, with excellent service on both occasions. the food was delicious and well-presented. i found the dining experience enjoyable.
