underground parking proved convenient with its spacious bays. getting into the city center was easy with the available bus service. the helpfulness of the front desk staff stood out. the highway proximity allowed easy access. i found free parking nearby.
the gym felt limited with only two cardio machines available, i thought it should have more.

The location offers convenient access. A bus stop outside the premises simplifies travel into town.
The showerhead in my room malfunctioned. The knob detached from the shower. there were no slippers available in the room (which I found surprising for a hotel of this supposed caliber).

The room had a fantastic mountain view from the terrace. I appreciated the calm pool area. It was not crowded. Everything was super clean!!! The parking was spacious and easily accessible. The air conditioning worked perfectly during the high temperature season.
I found that the staff at this hotel weren't as friendly as in other places.

the room with the private terrace was wonderful! the rooftop had a beautiful view, i could see everything from there. the bus stop was right outside, very convenient, and the staff were helpful.
The gym was really small. It only had a few cardio machines. the indoor pool and jacuzzi weren't included. I had to pay extra to use them, that was a bummer!

The room was very super clean and cozy. i had easy access to a bus stop right outside the premises. It provided straightforward transport to the city center. the front desk staff (daniella and pablo) were cute and helpful.
