i found the staff friendly and helpful . the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and offering convenient access. i enjoyed a good breakfast each morning, a good way to start the day. the room was comfortable and well-kept.
The corridors could have been cleaner. There was a noticeable smell of dust when i walked through them.

the hotel provided parking and this was very convenient. i noticed the gym had several pieces of equipment, including treadmills. there was also a spa area that offered massage services and this was much appreciated.

the staff members were always ready to assist with any questions. i saw them readily offering directions and advice on local sights. their friendly attitude.

breakfast had a good selection. the hotel is near the central square and antoni basilica. parking on site was available and convenient. i appreciated the easy access to nearby sights.
The air conditioning wasn't very effective. The room felt warm.

The staff was helpful. they assisted me with directions. the breakfast was good (i especially enjoyed the variety of pastries!). the location was ideal. It was a short walk to the main attractions.
my room's radiator was difficult to adjust. this caused the room to be too warm at times. i also noted the shower head was faulty. the water pressure was uneven.

The hotel's location was convenient. I could easily walk to the city center and several key attractions. The staff was kind, always ready to help with directions and recommendations. Breakfast was VERY nice, with a good variety of options to start the day. I greatly appreciated the CLEAN room and the overall quiet atmosphere.
I occasionally waited a few minutes, but it was not a HUGE issue.
