cheery stay at taksim
friendly staff daily room cleaning convenient location
this place really shined for me. the staff were friendly and seemed ready to help when i had questions. the daily room cleaning was spot on, and i found everything super tidy. plus, its location made getting around town really easy, i used the nearby public transport.
the room felt a bit tight for space, and i wished it were a little bigger so i could move freely. i found the bathroom cramped. this limited space was not good for all my luggage.

huge breakfast helpful staff modern room
the breakfast selection was HUGE! i appreciated the variety of options. the staff were helpful and always available. i got a late checkout without any issues. the room was super modern and well-equipped. everything looked brand new!
the elevator was sometimes a bit slow during peak hours.

convenient location kind receptionist unattentive staff lacking swimming pool
The hotel's location was convenient. It was near the bus stop. The receptionist assisted me in printing some documents, which i appreciated. He was kind.
The staff weren't attentive enough. The relaxing room, sauna, and spa wasn't free. there was no swimming POOL in the facilities.
