The staff was attentive and kind. I found the list of restaurant recommendations helpful to find local eats. The room included good beds and shower facilities. I did not hear any street noise from my room, despite the busy area outside.
The couch in the lobby felt slightly uninviting, because there was not enough space to sit comfortably.

Everyone at the hotel paid close attention to details. The team clearly enjoys providing excellent service. I received an upgrade due to my returning visit and was treated very well. The room was super clean, and I found plenty of great shopping and restaurants nearby.
I noticed the absence of a functioning fan in the bathroom. This. I hope they can fix it soon.
