the breakfast included a great variety of options. i liked the location, it was close to many attractions. the staff was very helpful. they went out of their way to assist with various requests.
The bathroom felt cramped. the bathroom fan did not seem to work. the bath towels felt damp. This was a bit unpleasant. it seemed the price was a little high for what was offered.

The staff was attentive and kind. I found the list of restaurant recommendations helpful to find local eats. The room included good beds and shower facilities. I did not hear any street noise from my room, despite the busy area outside.
The couch in the lobby felt slightly uninviting, because there was not enough space to sit comfortably.

Everyone at the hotel paid close attention to details. The team clearly enjoys providing excellent service. I received an upgrade due to my returning visit and was treated very well. The room was super clean, and I found plenty of great shopping and restaurants nearby.
I noticed the absence of a functioning fan in the bathroom. This. I hope they can fix it soon.
