the hotel staff provided helpful assistance with bags. the hotel even delivered same-day laundry right to my room. the airport shuttle price seemed reasonable. i enjoyed a relaxing ride.
i booked a room described as having windows. the window actually opened onto a wall just one meter away. i would have booked a room with a real view if i knew this.

stepping through the door, i felt cozy. the hotel has a warm atmosphere. my time was wonderful because the rooms and facilities are great. the hotel's central situation gives quick access to lots of places.

the staff proved helpful. one staff member rode a motorbike to the market. i needed help to purchase some items to bring home. their service seemed thoughtful and excellent i cannot wait to return.

the location WAS convenient, close to many attractions.
I am afraid to say my stay had a few issues. the room had cockroaches, and that's never a good sign. dirty plates from room service remained in the staircase for over a day and i saw it myself.

The reception staff was present and helpful. The location is close to the markets and the lake. I found the location best for eateries and markets. Massages were enjoyable.
The young lady that checked me in was rather short with me. She didn't offer help with luggage. I had to ask about breakfast time.

The hotel staff was very helpful. They showed us good locations to visit. The rooftop restaurant was also great. Good drinks and yummy food were available.
The room window opened onto a wall one metre away. I would have booked a better room had this been clear. The gym maintenance was not well done. Breakfast lacked variety.
