The staff showed kindness and were very helpful. Bus stops are within walking distance making it easy to travel. Cafe and restaurant options are nearby (i especially liked the small family-run place). Grocery shops are also easily accessible on foot.

I struggled with the front desk. I needed assistance. The person seemed uninterested in helping me.

faulty heat limited breakfast selection

the staff was very kind and helpful.

the heat did not work in the room, causing it to be consistently cold i asked multiple times at reception for assistance, but the problem was never resolved. additionally, the windows did not close properly, resulting in rainwater seeping into the room when it rained. the breakfast selection was also quite limited.
