Breakfast had a lot of options. The salads stood out. The location was near shops and a hospital.
Employees cleaning the hallway were loud when talking. They knocked on doors with vacuum cleaners acting as if everyone was awake. I didn't appreciate that. The pool employee was rude insisting on buying hair caps, even though it wasn't written anywhere. This annoyed me. Few parking spaces existed at the hotel, a problem.

The hotel met expectations with prompt issue resolution. All services worked perfectly.
I found the hallway cleaning crew very loud. They talked loudly and knocked on doors with vacuum cleaners. It seemed they assumed everyone was awake.

my stay had many positive aspects. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. caner bey, the manager, offered a personal welcome. i received an upgrade to a family beautiful room, a beautiful space. the pool area was hygienic, perfect for relaxation.
