the staff impressed me from check-in to check-out, i felt very welcome. a special mention goes to the reception and the staff at the sky bar. i appreciated the customer service i received .. it added a special touch to my visit. i will definitely consider staying here again.
the hotel was slightly noisy due to its location near a large road and bars. i found it necessary to use earplugs each night, a minor inconvenience.

I stayed two nights. the receptionist greeted us so warmly, like we were old friends! she upgraded our breakfast to the sky bar. that sky bar waiter was wonderful. He explained dishes with such care, especially considering my dietary needs and my partner's.
the music by the rooftop pool was a bit loud. it disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

the breakfast on the 26th floor offered tasty options it had everything i needed.
i found the room unclean that was a big disappointment i even found a big nasty hairball in the bathroom as well the room should have been cleaned better i think. the hotel is near a large road and with bars in the area it was too loud. i had to use earplugs each night to sleep well and noise cancelling headphones.

there were no tea or coffee making facilities provided in the room i found that disappointing. the bathroom also lacked curtains this meant it was exposed to other properties opposite.

i loved my time here! the staff were so friendly and accommodating. i even received a dog bed, blanket, water bowl, and treats for my medium-sized dog! the room was stylish and clean and had an awesome view.
i noticed a slight musty smell upon entering, which lingered throughout my stay. it wasn't overpowering, but it was definitely noticeable.
