The staff is helpful and cute. The animators are creative and they entertain guests. The hotel's organization is great. The food selection had great variety, and I found the quality to be consistently high. I always had something new and interesting to try. Water was provided as and when you needed it. The room was really clean and up to standard.
The hotel rooms are a bit outdated and could use some refurbishment.

The hotel features a well kept aqua park perfect for both kids and adults. There is also a rooftop heated pool, offering a great place to relax. Guests will find ample opportunities for recreation.

The breakfast offered a good variety. I found the dinner options repetitive, however the food was good and the staff were very friendly. I would like to note the food was AMAZING!!!

great varietywarm welcomedated bathroom
The staff showed attentiveness. I found a great variety of choices during breakfast. Mahmoud Saied from the bar was cute. He always greeted me warmly even if I was just passing by and not ordering any of his great cocktails.
Our bathroom felt dated. Using the shower resulted in water leaking onto the floor, soaking the area.

The hotel featured several pools. One pool on the roof was a place to unwind. It was specifically designated as a relaxation pool. Access to the gym allowed for workouts with modern equipment, and it also included a spa.
