I found the breakfast excellent. It offered plenty of healthy options. The staff were helpful and friendly (really great!).

The lift was small. It felt suitable for only one person with luggage.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. the continental breakfast included a good variety. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. the room was quite clean. It had essential amenities like a spa and gym.

the elevator was smaller than expected so using the stairs was sometimes necessary.

The staff exhibited excellent sympathy and readiness to assist guests. They always had a smile and were eager to provide solutions to any questions or concerns. their commitment greatly enhanced the overall quality of my stay.

food variety helpful staff slipping mattress poor insulation

the breakfast offered a good variety of food. fresh ginger shots were available each morning , and i found them a nice way to start the day. the staff was helpful with providing recommendations. they suggested a day trip to the southern archipelago islands.

the mattress top kept slipping off the bed. it made getting comfortable difficult , and i ended up removing it entirely. sound insulation seemed poor in the room. i could hear loud snoring from the neighboring room , and it kept me awake.

nice selection convenient location poor insulation small lift

i thought the breakfast was quite good it offered a nice selection. the location is also convenient for accessing nearby attractions i could easily walk to several places.

the room lacked proper sound insulation i could hear noise from neighboring rooms. also the lift was quite small it was difficult to use with luggage.
