Acceptable stay, but some improvements needed

The resort felt somewhat outdated. Our room seemed not that clean. I noticed dust around when moving the seats. Some staff seemed rude. It seemed like they didn't want to be there. The experience was okay, but some upgrades would make a big difference!

I found the breakfast to be good. The staff was attentive and always smiling. the location was ideal with local restaurants nearby, blue wave being a personal favorite. the hotel staff arranged seamless transfers for our group. Everything went very smoothly. i especially liked the room and its river view.
i found that some areas of the hotel show signs of wear, so some minor updates would really enhance the overall experience.

Excellent Stay Near the Beach

The breakfast buffet had numerous options. I found the variety excellent. The resort provides a shuttle service to the nearby town three times daily. A taxi was also a convenient and affordable option for transportation. I liked the well-kept grounds. They featured multiple relaxation areas.
I noticed the gym equipment looked a bit dated. it was still functional for a basic workout.
