friendly staff clean room extensive breakfast
i found the staff friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and well serviced every day. i really loved the extensive breakfast spread with many options.
the superior room wasn't worth the price. the bathroom floor always flooded when i take a shower. i noticed a lack of hooks for towels, too.

the room had air conditioning and included a television with cable channels. a minibar was available, and complimentary bottled water was supplied daily. there was also a safe for storing valuables.

The breakfast choice was very good and included in my stay.
Staff offered a free meal voucher when I complained in the morning. The work continued all day despite assurances it would stop. I expected better from a resort with such a high rating.

green lawn beautiful lawn low rise low accommodation spacious buildings bad cleaning bathroom hair floor footprints
the green lawn stretched beautifully right down to the beach. low rise buildings. the pool area was lovely. poolside food and drink service was thoroughly enjoyed.
i found the room cleaning was not as good as it should be. there was hair in the bathroom. footprints marked the floor and dust covered the lamps. i think they claim to be a 5-star resort, but it feels more like a 3.5-star.

immaculate gardens astonishing variety
The gardens were meticulously kept. They looked as though a fairy tale unfolded before me. Breakfast showcased an astonishing variety. The abundance was like a tender dream. I relished the kindness of Mr Ta, who carried our bags so gently.
There was a slight disturbance. It disrupted the peace a bit. Restaurant prices seemed high. It meant dining there occurred less often.

my room was spacious, a beautiful bungalow double room beachfront view. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, i appreciated this feature. the beach was clean, with soft sand and clear water.
the gym was slightly small.
