The breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection of food. I found a short walk led to a major tram, bus, and metro interchange, very helpful. The premises presented beautifully with a large, quality choice of food. I appreciated the helpful staff.
The elevators were quite small and somewhat inconvenient.

the breakfast had plenty of options to suit all tastes, acceptable.
The staff didn't seem to care about my requests. It was like any inquiry was too much trouble for them, which really affected the experience.

the location was pretty good. the room itself was clean and the shower was nice, with a jacuzzi bath.
i was very disappointed. the room i got wasn't in the main building but across the street. i paid a lot of money to look across at the hotel from another building. i wasn't told beforehand that i wouldn't be staying in the hotel itself.
