The breakfast had so much choice. the location was nice. It was quiet. the staff were very friendly.
the receptionist was quite rude. she showed bias towards us, it was subtle but clear. she demanded every possible document, even noting down all our payment details.

The breakfast offered many choices. Products of good quality was available. A front desk clerk accommodated our parking needs very well. The hotel boasts a terrace. The views from this terrace were excellent.
The shower water was not hot enough for me. It was cold even after two minutes. There was no general heating. The floor heating wasn't working. It was freezing all night.

Very nice Stay at a Fine Hotel!

I enjoyed the convenient location, especially its proximity to various restaurants and a lovely park. The gym was great. I appreciated the spaciousness and the well-equipped machines. I also found the staff kind. Their genuine helpfulness.
The receptionist displayed bias toward guests who did not speak English fluently. She seemed rude and demanded excessive documentation, even after online payment confirmation.

the breakfast was good on the terrace.
the receptionist was quite rude and transactional. she treated us as if we were under police inspection, demanding many documents. the white european guests before us received a quick and polite check-in, without extra checks.
