The room included elegant spa access. The room was cleaned daily. The rooftop pool area and terrace were lovely. The interior decor impresses me.
The check-in process was complicated. It took around thirty minutes to get a bathrobe. Some requests were ignored.

i found the staff to be very helpful. aravind provided excellent service, and rahul from the maintenance team was also very helpful. the room was immaculate and just perfect. i loved that i had access to free breakfast with a good variety of food and especially liked the omelettes..
the heating system is centralized. this meant i couldn't control the room temperature. while i was there, the hotel had the heating on even though it was already hot outside, a bit uncomfortable
