Really good Stay in Paradise

i found the location convenient with easy access to the main beachfront and nearby dining options i secured a room with a comfortable balcony overlooking the vibrant beach i discovered multiple pools available allowing for relaxation and variety i greatly appreciated the readily available drinking water stations located near the rooms. i was impressed by the cleanliness and safety of the facilities.
i noticed the breakfast buffet could use a few more vegetarian options to cater to different dietary needs it would have been amazing to have a larger variety of vegetable options.

unclean room baby bites
The staff were friendly. I liked that. apple from the front office helped me check in early, which i appreciated.
I had some problems. the room was not quite up to par, with ants everywhere. It felt unclean. my baby got several bites that first night, and i had to call for a nurse.

a decent hotel experience

convenient location several pools unhelpful staff unsafe pool
the location is really convenient to the beach. the hotel also has several pools. seabreeze restaurant is also very close. i could easily reach it from the hotel without stepping outside.
The check-in staff were not particularly helpful. i found myself asked to return later for specific questions. This caused some frustration. the children's pool was unsafe. the surface felt worn and had sharp spots underneath.

Fantastic Stay with Great Beach Access

helpful staff reliable wifi clean pools
The front desk staff was helpful upon arrival. The room I had was near the beach. The AC worked well. I found the provided WiFi very reliable. This was helpful for video calls. I could access clean pools and unlimited beach towels.
The gym required rubber shoes for all guests, so I couldn't use the yoga mats without them.
