the location provided excellent views. it was a short walk to tibidabo park. i appreciated the varied menu at the restaurant. the l'occitane toiletries were a nice touch.

the bathroom sink was partially blocked. the toilet had an unpleasant odor too. the room furnishings seemed old. the food was overpriced. i expected better.

The staff was friendly and informative, that's a plus. the hotel's location provided amazing views. I loved looking out onto the city and seeing montserrat monastery in the distance. it's quite a sight.

i found cockroaches in my room, that wasn't good at all. because of that, i really couldn't sleep, so the night was ruined. they changed my room, but the initial experience was pretty bad.

the STAFF were really good, friendly and informative. Hotel facilities are fantastic and the location offers amazing views looking out onto the city. The hotel felt child FRIENDLY and the amusement park is close. I used the spa one day and the massage was perfect.

The early check-in was great. I could access my room immediately upon arrival. I also enjoyed the cava wine offered during the check-in process (a really nice touch!).

The minibar's fridge was not very cold, a bit disappointing.

i checked in early and was given immediate access to my room. i was welcomed with cava wine. my terrace room had amazing views and i could quickly grab brunch before heading into the city.

the bathroom had a partially blocked sink.
