The handwritten welcome note was a really nice touch. Staff escorted us to our room. The location near the main train station was convenient. Tim Oberli at the front office was attentive.

The room had multiple windows offering much natural light. My room decor had a classy vibe I appreciate. The hotel is conveniently situated right on the water. The commute to nearby attractions was easy TOO.
Some staff seemed somewhat inexperienced to manage guest expectations. The breakfast buffet was small I felt. The hotel card was not initially accepted for boat trips, which caused confusion. I think it was a mistake.
