The fridge did not work, annoying. There was not a coffee machine, and this was irritating. The pool closes too early at 6 pm.

The hotel is modern and clean i enjoyed the evening programs with live music. The piano and violin performance was my favourite the dinner buffet has excellent food and top desserts. ample parking is available without extra cost. the main pool area and beach bar have a beautiful design.
the air conditioning was loud at its highest setting. i noticed a sewer odor when the bathroom door was open. i think it may be due to a ventilation problem.

The hotel's location is very quiet. The area is not too large and includes about 110 rooms. It features its own sea access. Rooms are very modern. Food is of high quality and also delicious.
the reception worker WAS rude and not helpful. the stay was otherwise wonderful.

our holiday was split between the bustle of chania and relaxation here, and it was perfect. the breakfast had a wide offering. the food in the evening was delicious (we had the evening meal a couple of times because we booked b&b). it's a bit of a walk to the neighboring town. we used the mercury e-bikes so it was easy to move around. all the staff were very courteous (a 5 experience, really!). the hotel pool was the best i have ever experienced with nice and neat sun loungers. it is right on the beach! i really loved the omelette at breakfast. staff were attentive all the time. they offered luggage storage and a shower on arrival since we arrived early. the hotel design was beautiful. it was modern and clean. the front desk and guest services were helpful with suggestions. the pool was beautiful and the beach was great (i especially liked the hotel kitties!). the hotel was very quiet and relaxing. it would be great for a couples' retreat.
The lack of a mini fridge in the room was a slight inconvenience. It didn't keep water cold enough in the hot weather (but it's only a small detail!).

the pool was big. the area around had a nice vibe. breakfast was good , and the restaurant also served tasty meals. the staff was friendly , especially the lady in the restaurant and the lifeguard near the pool.
the gym was small , and there was only one mat available for all guests.
