i really enjoyed my stay. the location was amazing, near many restaurants and shops. the breakfast had a great variety of food and drinks and i loved the fresh fruit. the staff were super friendly and always ready to help.
The gym was quite small. It only had a few machines. the noise from the street at night was a bit loud, even with the windows closed. i noticed some stains on the carpet in the hallway, it wasn't a big deal but noticeable.

The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of dishes. I especially enjoyed the Thai chicken noodle dish. The hotel's location is convenient. It is a short walk to Pier 21. The staff were helpful and nice (every interaction was excellent!).

Excellent Stay with Convenient Location

I found many comfortable sun beds and a seating area by the pool. The hotel is near the overground train and Terminal 21 shopping centre. The staff showed kindness and provided friendly service. Adil, the manager, personally greeted me upon arrival.
I noted the bathroom door lacked a lock. The hairdryer was not functioning properly. It remained unfixed after my request. I found this to be a minor but irritating oversight.
