the hotel provided a free shuttle service to and from the airport (the pink blazer staff were easy to spot). i found the reception staff helpful and check-in was quick. the complimentary drinks in the mini bar were a plus.
I found the airport shuttle very convenient. It arrived promptly and the ride took about 15 minutes. My Beautiful King Room Balcony was spacious and included two separate sinks. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of both Western and Asian dishes.
The gym had limited equipment. Only two treadmills were available.
The free shuttle from the airport was very convenient. It made arrival and departure simple. The room was large with two comfortable beds. I enjoyed the international choices offered for breakfast.
The coffee machine provided poor quality coffee. It would benefit from an upgrade.
