decent stay, but some letdowns
slow service broken telephones
The location directly on the ocean was acceptable. The surroundings seemed beautiful.
service proved consistently slow throughout the hotel. at the restaurant, i waited a long time just to order drinks, and the quality was inconsistent. room service was difficult because the telephones barely worked, and it was hard to communicate with the staff.

massive room pool area slow service old equipment
the room was massive and very well appointed. it had a sunken sofa area and the bathroom was enormous too. we were treated each afternoon to the sight of the turtles feed on the rocks just off the pool area. it was a great memory to treasure.
the service throughout the hotel was slow. we waited around 15 minutes just to order drinks at the restaurant, then another 30 minutes to receive them. the telephones don't work at all and it was really hard to be understood by the staff. the gym equipment is really old and nothing seemed really clean.

soothing decor personal haven ocean view
my room was ocean room, its decor so soothing. the jacuzzi bath became my personal haven for relaxation. mornings brought the gift of ocean view, a sight i will treasure. i felt pampered.
the gym equipment felt a little older than i expected, though functional.

the pool stretches a generous 50m, a lovely invitation. i noticed many sunbeds available near the pool. hanging chairs also offered a spot for relaxation. the well maintained outdoors invites gentle strolls.

inconsistent experience let down the stay
slow service old equipment
the location faces directly on the beach which has sand.
the service was consistently slow making me feel ignored. it took 15 minutes to order drinks at the restaurant, and another 30 minutes to get them. the telephones didnt work, so it was hard to communicate with the staff and they got the order wrong. the gym equipment looked old and not clean.
