The location was quite good. It was close to the metro.
The room I had was quite disappointing. The cleanliness was substandard with dust everywhere. I also found the minibar empty, not very convenient.

the hotel had a great location. the staff was very cute and professional. the scrambled eggs at breakfast were delicious! the decor was lovely and created a very cozy, comfortable atmosphere.
the bathroom wasn't fully cleaned and lacked some basic amenities. there were no cotton swabs or shower caps. the shower also had low pressure.

my superior double room was well soundproofed. i didn't hear any noise. the bed was enormous and very comfortable! the shower had good water pressure, perfect after a day of exploring.

the location was very safe and convenient. it was easy to walk to the stadium from there! there were plenty of excellent restaurants and bakeries nearby. getting to gare du nord was also easy.

the staff was super friendly and helpful! they provided great restaurant recommendations. they even left a lovely message and delicious macarons for our honeymoon! i really appreciated their kindness and attention to detail.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful on site.
The room was not cleaned effectively. I observed rubbish from previous guests on the terrace floor and in the plant pots. Cobwebs were present and the Jacuzzi had loose parts.
