modern room clean room helpful staff missing bar lacking storage small cupboard
The room was modern and clean as pictured. The rooftop area and pool had a perfect position for sun all day. Front office staff were helpful.
This was quite disappointing. The suite lacked storage. There was only a small cupboard where the door hit the bedside table.

convenient location helpful staff beautiful furnishings rooftop pool
i loved the location right next to figueretas beach it was so convenient the staff was helpful and always available i enjoyed the beautiful furnishings in my room and the little extras provided such as toothbrushes and a shaving kit the rooftop pool was a great bonus.

superb suggestions local restaurants
the location was so convenient for exploring. the staff gave superb suggestions for local restaurants and attractions, we really got to know the area because of them.
the gym equipment was a little outdated and a few machines needed some maintenance.

great location sea view room insulation
the hotel location was great, so close to the beach. we had a sea view from the duplex suite sea view, that was nice. the room insulation was well, so it was very clean.

the duplex suite sea view was spacious, and it had a nice view. there were fluffy towels and the bed was comfy. lots of hot water was available in the shower.

fantastic experience near the beach
furnished rooms rooftop pool friendly staff
the rooms were beautifully furnished and included little extras. i found toothbrushes , a shaving kit , a sewing kit , a shower cap , and a hair comb. the rooftop pool was a highlight. friendly staff greeted me at reception.
my sea view was partially obstructed by an adjacent building. i was not offered a higher floor , even though the hotel wasn't fully booked. this affected the view i had anticipated.

the hotel is very close to the beach , , made it easy to access the sea. i noticed supermarkets around a fifteen-minute walk away. this allowed for convenient access to daily necessities.

Wonderful Stay with Fantastic Amenities
prime location spacious room friendly staff
I found the hotel to be in a prime location. The room was spacious and cleaning service was provided daily. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and eager to help. I look forward to returning for another visit soon.
I noted that the pool bar was closed , a little disappointing. I understand it might be seasonal, but it would have been a nice amenity to have available. Hopefully, it will be open next time.

The hotel is conveniently near the beach and restaurants. It took only fifteen minutes to get into the centre by taxi. There is convenient access to various attractions and amenities.

The reception team stood out with their really good service. The staff were attentive to requests, providing assistance promptly. The daily cleaning was also first class, maintaining an immaculate room.
