I found the room very spacious and beautifully decorated. I appreciated the beach bag provided in the room and the daily change of beach towels. The hotel's green areas were wonderfully done and seemed well maintained.

Pest control could improve. Restaurants had gnats that other resorts manage to avoid.

The staff displayed really good politeness from start to finish. The resort atmosphere had a tranquil vibe and a suitable size. Holiday decorations and light colors enhanced the rooms. The breakfast offered adequate seating. It was also a good selection. The pool was cleaned each morning and it faced the beach.

The reception acted strange. It seems like someone always complained. also, the room had a musty odor. the staff's english wasn't very good, i was like i needed a translator.

I was really annoyed by the room situation. when i got there, the room reeked of mildew. after a lot of complaining, they moved me, but the second room wasn't much better. the air conditioning was loud all night. it made it impossible to get any sleep. also, i asked for a taxi because i couldn't walk to reception, but they wouldn't help me. such a frustrating experience. It really put a damper on my stay.
