I appreciated that the location was near transportation and main attractions like Topkapi Palace. Staff were friendly and ready to help, Izzat and Cadir from the reception kept us informed about entertainments and transport. The room was very clean and it was quiet even on the 4th floor. Breakfast has many choices.

the location was convenient, close to public transport.
The room i booked had issues. the thermostat was locked. I couldn't adjust the temperature, so the room felt cold. additionally, accessing fresh air was inconvenient. The windows needed a special key from reception to open. this meant waiting each time i wanted to open a window.

the room was not soundproofed. i could clearly hear noises from neighboring rooms, disrupting my sleep. the shower hose in the bathroom was also broken. it made showering quite difficult and inconvenient.

The breakfast had a lot of options. i especially liked the fresh fruit selection (a very good way to start the day). the location was really central. It was close to many attractions. it made sightseeing very easy, because i could walk almost everywhere.
