Abdala, one waiter with glasses, showed such kindness and professionalism! He paid great attention to every detail. The other Abdala delighted us by singing happy birthday songs. Beckman at the reception gave a very warm welcome and was helpful. I appreciated that the staff was friendly and professional.

I noticed a slight issue with the variety of food options. It could have been a bit more diverse.

I appreciated the food, it was tasty with a wide variety menu. Rooms were nice and neat. The staff are friendly with high class service. I especially want to thank Madam Saleem, the operations manager, and Madam Purity, the guest relations officer. They are GREAT! The ambience is top notch and they gave me a yum cake during my birthday.

The door sometimes did not lock PROPERLY, but they sent someone twice to fix it. we love to feel safe.
