My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area featured twenty loungers and a shaded section. The beach offered ample space and soft sand, perfect for a relaxed vacation.
I noticed some wear and tear on the hallway carpets.

The staff assisted quickly with luggage storage and provided information about local tours. Housekeeping ensured rooms were cleaned daily and restocked amenities. They were attentive to specific requests and maintained a high standard of cleanliness.

varied dishes kenyan tea mould stains musty smell
i appreciated the variety of dishes at the breakfast buffet. i liked the well-brewed kenyan tea they served.
i found some mould stains on the coverlet. there was also a musty smell in the room.

professional waiter warm welcome friendly staff
Abdala, one waiter with glasses, showed such kindness and professionalism! He paid great attention to every detail. The other Abdala delighted us by singing happy birthday songs. Beckman at the reception gave a very warm welcome and was helpful. I appreciated that the staff was friendly and professional.
I noticed a slight issue with the variety of food options. It could have been a bit more diverse.

EXCELLENT Stay!
wide variety clean room friendly staff yum cake
I appreciated the food, it was tasty with a wide variety menu. Rooms were nice and neat. The staff are friendly with high class service. I especially want to thank Madam Saleem, the operations manager, and Madam Purity, the guest relations officer. They are GREAT! The ambience is top notch and they gave me a yum cake during my birthday.
The door sometimes did not lock PROPERLY, but they sent someone twice to fix it. we love to feel safe.

The room included a king-size bed with premium bedding, a separate seating area with comfortable sofas. a balcony overlooking the beach, so I spent a lot of my time out there.

The hotel boasts multiple swimming pools, and the main pool has a dedicated children's area. There is also a well-equipped fitness center with modern cardio machines and weight training equipment, which i enjoyed.

The main restaurant features themed buffet dinners each night, and there is also an à la carte restaurant. Several bars offer a wide selection of drinks and snacks throughout the day so you will never be thirsty.
