the staff was very attentive and helpful. i found the sea platform to be a great amenity for daytime use. the shop across the street was super convenient for picking up any necessities.

i noticed that bringing snacks into the hotel was a slight issue with security.

Amazing Hotel Experience

The hotel boast a superb location and the staff is nice. I appreciate the attentiveness of the people who work here. The view I have from my room of sea is amazing. I found the sushi restaurant to be great, also the room service is helpful.

Soundproof in room require upgrade, and I hear conversations of my neighbors. The toilet also very close to the shower glass wall.

The pool was a good size and had plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast offered diverse choices. I appreciated direct sea access via the sun deck. It was a really nice feature. I found the breakfast selection very rich.

The prohibition of bringing outside drinks into the hotel felt quite restrictive.

The hotel's location is AMAZING. The staff were friendly. I also liked the breakfast choices. They were very good.

The pillows were very hard. The hotel COULDN'T find more comfortable ones when I asked. The air conditioning turns off 10 minutes after you leave the room. Therefore, the room is ALWAYS hot when you return.

The outside pool area was great. I liked the valet who helped with the car. The staff was friendly!

The hotel doesn't allow guests to bring outside food or drinks. I woke up every morning because there was a kitchen with snacks on the floor right in front of my room. I asked the hotel stuff to fix it but it didn't work at all. Also they informed me that after the check-out it's impossible to use hotel facilities and even go to the beach.

the breakfast buffet provided a great choice. i really liked the view from the room, also, the beds were super comfy and all amenities i needed were there.

the shower flooded floors often which was really annoying. minibar light never turned off and it annoyed me when trying to sleep.
