I found the breakfast buffet offered a huge variety. the rooms were spacious and the hotel provided transfers to both the beach and a shopping center. my son enjoyed the kids' club. He did not want to leave.
i noticed some facilities looked dated. there were minor issues with communication at times. the noise at night was SOMETIMES disruptive.

wonderful amenities

the staff were friendly and always happy to help. the pool area was spacious and inviting. our luggage was delivered to our room before we completed check-in. the room was lovely, it featured fresh bedding, towels, and also bottled water daily.
the bathroom lacked a bidet spray for the toilet, this was somewhat inconvenient.

i noticed the pools were very well maintained. there was ample space around the pool area for relaxation. i also saw a convenient shuttle service to the beach running at regular intervals, a great perk.
