Underwhelming Experience Despite Promises
adequately maintained groundsroom temperature issuedelayed temperature adjustment
The hotel grounds were adequately maintained and presented well.
My experience was marred by significant issues. The room temperature was difficult to regulate. It took three staff attempts and over ten hours to resolve. This made it hard for me to rest and be comfortable.
