the breakfast was ok (especially the pastries!).
I was really annoyed with the service. the room's air conditioning made a strong noise. I could barely sleep because i heard everything. plus, someone came every evening to ask about water, even though there were already ten bottles in the room.

the breakfast buffet included many options and good quality items. they even offered a free photo shoot with no obligation to buy anything (dreams studio bali is on-site).
the service felt different for locals versus foreign guests. i noticed staff at the ikan restaurant and around the pool were less attentive and sometimes unfriendly (they ignored my girlfriend when she asked about bicycle rentals).
