Fantastic Service and Clean Facilities

clean hotel excellent food friendly staff

The hotel was very clean and easy to access. The food was excellent with great variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. The indoor swimming pool and spa facilities were comfortable. We were allowed to use the facilities after check-out until evening which was convenient.

The different restaurants offer a high quality of food. I liked the variety of dishes available. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner always included a diverse array of options with fresh ingredients. The presentation was beautiful.

The staff demonstrated genuine care and attention to detail. Elmira in Guest Relations was especially helpful, handling all our questions. I also want to mention the excellent service provided in the dining area , made the meals that much more enjoyable.

attentive manager immaculate cleanliness happy staff

i appreciated the immaculate cleanliness of the facility. the staff was always happy to help. the deputy manager matin and experience manager tulay were particularly attentive to my family's needs! there was always plenty of entertainment available.

the food options sometimes had limited timings.

hotel design diverse flavors staff interactions great information

I appreciated the hotel's design and gardens. restaurants provided excellent options with diverse flavors. i noticed a human touch in the staff's interactions! the manager, husseyin, was always smiling and proactive. Bouchra from guest relations provided great information and advice.

room cleaning was poor. they forgot to change towels and replenish coffee pods. i had the "clean my room" sign up for hours, but nobody cleaned.
