closed curtains exposed passage
the staff was super polite the food was really good and the variety was overwhelming
i could go over writing for hours the number of characters are limited so i had to stop we had to spend the vacation with curtains closed like in prison it was completely exposed to the passage of other guests

friendly staff signature dishes efficient service
the staff were super friendly. waiters knew our drinks and brought them as we sat down. guest relation staff and reception staff were always happy to help. the food was amazing. ready made sandwiches were available at lunch.

The food selection was amazing. It really offered something for everyone. there were always free sunbeds at the pools and the beach. I didn't have to search for one!
The tv signal in my room sometimes dropped. It was only a small issue though.

Satisfactory stay with some drawbacks
well-kept ground fine view broken equipment english skills
The hotel grounds are well kept (I especially liked the ocean front). The views from the reception area are very lovely. The bookable restaurants were a treat, and the views and the food were perfect. I advise you try to book one .
I was disappointed to find half of the gym equipment broken (some looked very old). Despite multiple complaints, no one seemed to address the issue. I also found that the staff didn't speak English well, difficult to communicate my needs.
