I found the jazz entertainment perfect while dining at the restaurant (it created a romantic ambiance). The staff was friendly and very helpful. The view of the lake from our room was lovely and added to the overall experience.
I think coffee pods in the room each day would. A small addition can enhance the luxury experience.

I enjoyed the hotel's elegant decor. the grounds are fine! the service i received in the restaurant was top notch. I especially loved the covered terrace that overlooked the lake, what a view!
sadly, the breakfast buffet was somewhat cramped, and some items ran out quickly.

the reception team provided very nice support throughout my stay. staff members are friendly and helpful, they work hard to ensure every guest has a nice experience. restaurant staff provide excellent and attentive service. i appreciated their dedication.

The pool area looked fine and seemed acceptable for a quick dip.
The breakfast buffet had only two hot dishes. Eggs and bacon were the only options. I also noticed no tea available, strange indeed. The coffee machines was insufficient and they broke down for a while. What a mess.
