solid stay, few minor things

location is central. historic and cultural sites are very close. many bars surround the building. staff was very friendly and helpful from arrival. a complimentary minibar was restocked daily. the hotel its new and clean.
the room was described as having a balcony, but it was a juliet type only. it opened onto a central inner light shaft. this was dissapointing for me.

the room has two separate sinks. the shower features a rainfall showerhead. fresh water was given every day to me. the room was cleaned daily. the staff provides fresh towels too.

The hotel's location is very nice. it's super close to all the main attractions and restaurants. the rooftop pool was a total highlight. the staff made everything even better. They are friendly and cute. the breakfast up there was awesome!!!
The taxi arranged by the hotel was cash only. The driver didn't use the meter. i wasn't aware of this detail beforehand and it was a bit inconvenient.

the hotel felt very new. it had a stylish contemporary feel to it. i noticed the rooftop pool area and bar was an excellent facility, though it could get quite busy. i found the hot tub on the lower ground floor a most welcome extra.
there was no information about the works happening on the floor. maybe i should have been informed and be allowed to stay on another floor. also, the wifi signal was weak, so i could not use 5g.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooftop bar and pool were perfect for relaxation. Breakfast provided many options, suiting various preferences within my group. The spa also offered a nice way to relax after sightseeing.
The room I was initially assigned faced the street and experienced considerable noise at night. This made sleep difficult on the first night. A room change was necessary to address this issue.
