Wonderful and Calm Hotel Experience

Our corner suite was a great accommodation choice! The pools offered various options for relaxation. I found the staff to be very helpful and attentive. I plan to return soon.
The hotel felt remote due to the lack of a local bus service. I suggest more transportation options be made available.

mixed feelings about this hotel

irritating setting unplugged tv
The tv lacked an english setting, i found this to be quite irritating. at one point, all the tvs received a message that caused them to turn on. i couldn't read the message so i just turned the tv off. It popped back on again five minutes later. eventually i unplugged the tv which meant the wake-up call wouldn't work either

great view helpful staff
i found the rooms spacious and well designed. each room has a great view. i appreciated the facilities, they seemed well kept. the staff was always ready to help with any requests! the experience was seamless.
i noticed some inconsistencies in the restaurant, specifically warm food temperatures. the side dishes varied, sometimes not hot enough. i hope management addresses it. this issue impacted my dining experience.
