the staff were super friendly it made my stay so much better the rooms were a good size too and the bed and pillows were really comfy i slept like a baby it was only ten minutes walking from the metro and buses what a win also it was in a very quiet area very peaceful

i wasn't aware that parking cost extra when i booked and the swimming pool also charged extra too that was annoying and i couldn't even use the pool without a swimming cap i mean come on and breakfast wasn't that good either a bit disappointing

I found the staff cute and helpful. the rooms were immaculate and very comfortable! i really enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning , too. the swimming pool and spa area are amazing. It's a calm and relaxing space, more than i expected!

The staff spoke english clearly and were very helpful with directions to local attractions. We quickly used uber to get around! the breakfast offered much variety and great quality coffee, a lovely way to start the day. Spa facilities included a pool and sauna. the location was convenient for accessing restaurants and transport.

The spa was a letdown I had to pay extra for a shower cap and slippers This seemed unnecessary given the cost of entry Also the chemical levels in the pool were too high causing eye irritation It was not the relaxing experience I expected
