Excellent Hotel Experience
convenient location friendly staff good selection
The hotel's location near two metro stations and several malls proved very convenient. I found Yavuz friendly, kind, and helpful . Breakfast offered a good selection, although more variety would have been appreciated. The staff ensured a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
I had to request extra towels and cups each time, a bit inconvenient. The room cleaning was not consistently thorough. The sofa bed was not as comfortable. It would be better if they offered a standard double bed.
