Really good Hospitality and Convenient Location

The staff are indeed very supportive especially Gulizar for constantly cleaning the room so nicely. I really liked the hotel restaurant because it is available anytime with fair prices and tasty food. The location is super convenient as it is close to the mall and the metro. I also really enjoyed the breakfast selection.
The gym and spa area is open to the public which was not ideal for a hotel guest wanting a private workout.

The hotel is super close to local amenities in a quiet spot plus you will find it is near Metro and bus stops offering easy access. Shopping malls are also within easy reach making shopping really accessible. This proximity makes exploring simple.

The hotel boasts attentive friendly and supportive staff ready to meet your needs. Reception staff are happy to book airport transfers late check-outs taxis and tours thus. All the staff were so kind.

Breakfast includes fresh choices plus the restaurant serves fresh well-cooked European and Turkish foods. The prices are reasonable and the food is tasty I really enjoyed it. I was impressed with this.

The hotel offers an excellent spa a massive fitness centre and a super swimming pool plus there is available parking. I enjoyed two massages plus the staff at the spa was very pleasant. They create a great experience.

I found the staff very friendly. Mrs Safiye helped. The location is quite central and convenient.
The room smelled of cigarettes. This was a significant issue. The shower leaked. I found broken curtains. The cushions caused me neck pain.
