The room was always very clean. The staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. Faisal at reception gave great advice about local attractions and transportation (he knew the best routes!). Room cleaning was quick and efficient.
The gym lacked proper walls separating it from the swimming pool, raising the temperature noticeably.

the staff provided fresh towels daily and offered hair conditioner along with shampoo. the hotel's location proved convenient and i found the food quality good. the whole place had a nice fragrance which i enjoyed. breakfast options had enough variety and i liked the timeframe.
the pool was small with cold water located in a basement without windows. it had an overwhelming chlorine smell and the fitness room was small with few machines.

the indoor pool was available. a fitness center was also present. the hotel provided a spa, offering additional relaxation options after a long day of sightseeing.

The front desk provided helpful information. Housekeeping came on time. They cleaned well. I got extra towels. Restaurant staff considered dietary needs. I appreciated the great service. I did not miss home. I give it a five star rating.
Sleep was interrupted. Loud music came from the building next door. This was a problem every night.
