the staff were pleasant and helpful, which i found acceptable.
The room i received was not up to par. It was cold. i booked a triple room, but it turned out to be a double room with a sofa bed. other furniture wasn't removed, so the space felt quite crowded. this arrangement did not meet my expectations for a triple occupancy room.

my room featured a tiny balcony overlooking the canal it allowed me to sit outside with a glass of wine i found the staff consistently helpful i thought the room setup was amazing with a modern luxurious touch. the hotel possesses a lot of character adding to its charm.
the small circular staircase leading to my room had very narrow steps it made access slightly difficult both me and my wife had to bend to climb the staircase

i found the staff wonderfully good they remembered where i preferred to sit and how i liked my coffee i saw smiles after my day of exploring making the experience nice. i liked the friendly assistance with the itinerary.

the breakfast buffet included many choices with options for eggs and bacon i appreciated the room service one evening and i relaxed rather than go to another restaurant i found the bed comfortable. extra towels were available on request.

the front desk staff offered dinner recommendations and helped secure ferry and castle tickets before i arrived. breakfasts were excellent with a lot of choice. the location is near the 9 streets.
the staircase was very small with very narrow steps.
