great offerfriendly staff
the breakfast had great offer and the food was really nice the pool and surrounding areas surprised me the most. staff were friendly and accommodating they helped quite a lot with everything.

The pool area offered lots of seating! ample choice FOR breakfast WAS appreciated. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating, which helped quite a lot with everything.
i can not really understand why there is so many positive comments. Our experience was very negative and we will definitely not come back. For the money paid we were expecting another level of our holiday. The hotel common rooms inside are old and many places are untidy. the bed in one room of the junior suite was just TERRIBLE. Could be expected in cheap hostel room, but not in 4 stars hotel. in both rooms we had a lot of small ants, what were on the floor and the beds too! in one of our room there was a terrible sewage smell during all our stay, so that we had to keep the bathroom always closed and feeling nausea while using it. Afted arrival we were told that both our junior suites are not accessible with the wheelchair as there are stairs to reach the rooms. the reception comment was, "if the person is in a wheeachair, it doesn`t mean he can not walk the stairs". We had a lot of difficulties while demanding to resolve this issue. the situation was terrible taking into accound i had previously contacted the hotel to. in the end 4 nights of 6 one junior suite was changed for a small double room and we had to have extra beds in another junior suite, as we were 7 people! and the price difference they offered was ridiculously small! for last 2 nights we had to move our disabled family member again to another junior suite. the photos of the hotel also includes the spa and gym! just be aware, that both of them are paid and expensive.
