The location is close to the train station and other city attractions. My room was big I even got upgraded to a room with a balcony. Breakfast included many pastries I was in heaven. Staff recommended places to eat nearby I was grateful.
The sound isolation was not good I could hear noises from outside my room.

the bath had been updated too. i also appreciated same receptions as in november, they used my historic info to check me in and out quickly.
the room was small and i couldnt reduce the heating. it was rather hot for sleep.

i found the staff very helpful and kind. the hotel has a convenient location, close to the train station and other attractions. the room was clean and the bed offered great comfort.
the room was slightly smaller than i expected, though still adequate.

hard pillowsmissing check
my visit had some problems. the pillows were way too hard and uncomfortable. i also noticed a half eaten leftover cream cheese tub in the bar fridge. i felt whoever cleaned the room did not do all the checks (this was quite disappointing).

The location was super convenient. Everything was easily accessible. (it made exploring so simple).
I found the lack of air conditioning quite difficult to handle. it was unusually warm, and i struggled to sleep due to the heat in the room. i called reception, but they mentioned it was due to seasonal regulations, suggesting i open the windows. this wasn't ideal. The noise from outside made for a restless night.
