The staff really were pretty good. The room service was timely and tasty. I was very impressed. The location cannot be beat. It is amazing.
The welcome fruit cup was very tiny. It was rather disappointing.

perfect recommendationsthoughtful wishes
the service was really good (i especially loved the thoughtful birthday wishes for my partner). the team delivered cake and prosecco to the rooms, a lovely touch! you provided perfect restaurant recommendations and made the bookings. it was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in.
the welcome bottle of prosecco for the junior suite stay cost less than 10euro (i found it a bit stingy).
